Biography Jonathan Baumbach is the author of eleven books of fiction, most recently the novel Detours (FC2, 1998). He also writes about film and is a former chairman of the National Society of Film Critics. His earlier novels are: Reruns, Babble, Chez Charlotte and Emily, Separate Hours, and Seven Wives. His stories have appeared in numerous anthologies inclduing O'Henry Prize Stories and Best American Short Stories.
